Midras Ulangan 31:11: Mekhilta DeRabbi Yishmael

בְּב֣וֹא כָל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל לֵרָאוֹת֙ אֶת־פְּנֵי֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ בַּמָּק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִבְחָ֑ר תִּקְרָ֞א אֶת־הַתּוֹרָ֥ה הַזֹּ֛את נֶ֥גֶד כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּאָזְנֵיהֶֽם׃

ketika seluruh Israel datang untuk menghadap ke hadirat Yang Mahakekal, Allahmu, di tempat yang akan dipilih-Nya, engkau harus membacakan Taurat ini di hadapan seluruh Israel, sehingga mereka mendengarnya.
