וְיָסְפ֣וּ הַשֹּׁטְרִים֮ לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־הָעָם֒ וְאָמְר֗וּ מִי־הָאִ֤ישׁ הַיָּרֵא֙ וְרַ֣ךְ הַלֵּבָ֔ב יֵלֵ֖ךְ וְיָשֹׁ֣ב לְבֵית֑וֹ וְלֹ֥א יִמַּ֛ס אֶת־לְבַ֥ב אֶחָ֖יו כִּלְבָבֽוֹ׃
Kemudian para petugas harus berbicara lagi kepada bangsa itu dan berkata: “Siapakah orang yang takut dan lemah hati? Hendaklah ia pergi dan pulang ke rumahnya, supaya hati saudara-saudaranya tidak menjadi tawar seperti hatinya.”
