וְי֙וֹם֙ הַשְּׁבִיעִ֜֔י שַׁבָּ֖֣ת ׀ לַיהוָ֖֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑֗יךָ לֹ֣א תַעֲשֶׂ֣ה כָל־מְלָאכָ֡ה אַתָּ֣ה וּבִנְךָֽ־וּבִתֶּ֣ךָ וְעַבְדְּךָֽ־וַ֠אֲמָתֶךָ וְשׁוֹרְךָ֨ וַחֲמֹֽרְךָ֜ וְכָל־בְּהֶמְתֶּ֗ךָ וְגֵֽרְךָ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בִּשְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ לְמַ֗עַן יָנ֛וּחַ עַבְדְּךָ֥ וַאֲמָתְךָ֖ כָּמֽ֑וֹךָ׃
tetapi hari ketujuh adalah hari Sabat bagi Yang Mahakekal, Allahmu. Jangan melakukan pekerjaan apa pun pada hari itu, baik engkau, anakmu laki-laki, anakmu perempuan, hambamu laki-laki, hambamu perempuan, lembumu, keledaimu, segala ternakmu, maupun pendatang yang tinggal di dalam gerbang-gerbang kotamu, supaya hambamu laki-laki dan hambamu perempuan beristirahat sama seperti engkau.
Deuteronomy
You are to eat there before Adonoy, your God, and you will be happy with the sum of your handiwork, you and your households, as Adonoy, your God, has blessed you.
Exodus
But the seventh day is Shabbos to Adonoy, your God. You must not do any manner of work—you, your son, your daughter, your slave, your maid, your animal, and the foreigner within your gates.
