וּקְשַׁרְתָּ֥ם לְא֖וֹת עַל־יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהָי֥וּ לְטֹטָפֹ֖ת בֵּ֥ין עֵינֶֽיךָ׃
Ikatkanlah semuanya itu sebagai tanda pada tanganmu, dan hendaklah semuanya itu menjadi lambang di antara kedua matamu.

And you shall tie them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be Tefillin between your eyes.
