בֵּאדַ֨יִן נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֜ר הִתְמְלִ֣י חֱמָ֗א וּצְלֵ֤ם אַנְפּ֙וֹהִי֙ אשתנו [אֶשְׁתַּנִּ֔י] עַל־שַׁדְרַ֥ךְ מֵישַׁ֖ךְ וַעֲבֵ֣ד נְג֑וֹ עָנֵ֤ה וְאָמַר֙ לְמֵזֵ֣א לְאַתּוּנָ֔א חַ֨ד־שִׁבְעָ֔ה עַ֛ל דִּ֥י חֲזֵ֖ה לְמֵזְיֵֽהּ׃
Quindi Nabucodonosor fu riempito di furia e la forma del suo volto fu cambiata, contro Shadrach, Meshach e Abed-Nego; parlò e ordinò che dovessero riscaldare la fornace sette volte di più di quanto non fosse riscaldato.
