וְנָדַ֖מּוּ נְא֣וֹת הַשָּׁל֑וֹם מִפְּנֵ֖י חֲר֥וֹן אַף־יְהוָֽה׃
E le pieghe pacifiche sono portate al silenzio a causa della rabbia feroce dell'Eterno.
Rashi on Jeremiah
shall be destroyed an expression of destruction, an expression related to ‘has silenced us (הֲדִמָּנוּ) .’ ‘and there let us sit in silence (וְנִדְּמָה).’
