נֻ֤דוּ לוֹ֙ כָּל־סְבִיבָ֔יו וְכֹ֖ל יֹדְעֵ֣י שְׁמ֑וֹ אִמְר֗וּ אֵיכָ֤ה נִשְׁבַּר֙ מַטֵּה־עֹ֔ז מַקֵּ֖ל תִּפְאָרָֽה׃

Lamentalo, tutti intorno a lui e tutti quelli che conoscono il suo nome; Dire:'Come è rotto il personale forte, la bella canna! '

Lament for them Heb. נדו, an expression of lamentation. Cf. “and do not lament (תָּנוּד) for him.”
