וִיהוֹשֻׁ֣עַ זָקֵ֔ן בָּ֖א בַּיָּמִ֑ים וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֵלָ֗יו אַתָּ֤ה זָקַ֙נְתָּה֙ בָּ֣אתָ בַיָּמִ֔ים וְהָאָ֛רֶץ נִשְׁאֲרָ֥ה הַרְבֵּֽה־מְאֹ֖ד לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃
Ora Giosuè era vecchio e ben colpito da anni; e l'Eterno gli disse:'Sei vecchio e ben colpito da anni, e rimane ancora molto terreno da possedere.

A great deal of the land remains— Of the land I promised to Avrohom, much remains to be possessed [as an inheritance], for it has not been conquered.1And since you are old, you will not be able to do so in your lifetime.
