וְהָיְתָ֥ה הָאָ֛רֶץ לִשְׁמָמָ֖ה עַל־יֹֽשְׁבֶ֑יהָ מִפְּרִ֖י מַֽעַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃ (ס)

E la terra sarà desolata per quelli che vi abitano, a causa del frutto delle loro azioni.

And the land shall become—The land of the nations.
