Commento su Neemia 4:1

וַיְהִ֣י כַאֲשֶׁ֣ר שָׁמַ֣ע סַנְבַלַּ֡ט וְ֠טוֹבִיָּה וְהָעַרְבִ֨ים וְהָעַמֹּנִ֜ים וְהָאַשְׁדּוֹדִ֗ים כִּֽי־עָלְתָ֤ה אֲרוּכָה֙ לְחֹמ֣וֹת יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם כִּי־הֵחֵ֥לּוּ הַפְּרֻצִ֖ים לְהִסָּתֵ֑ם וַיִּ֥חַר לָהֶ֖ם מְאֹֽד׃

Ma avvenne che, quando Sanballat, Tobia, gli arabi, gli ammoniti e gli ashdoditi, vennero a sapere che le riparazioni delle mura di Gerusalemme andavano avanti e che le violazioni iniziarono a essere fermate, allora furono molto adirato;
