Commento su Salmi 31:11

כִּ֤י כָל֪וּ בְיָג֡וֹן חַיַּי֮ וּשְׁנוֹתַ֪י בַּאֲנָ֫חָ֥ה כָּשַׁ֣ל בַּעֲוֺנִ֣י כֹחִ֑י וַעֲצָמַ֥י עָשֵֽׁשׁוּ׃

Poiché la mia vita è trascorsa nel dolore e i miei anni nel sospiro; La mia forza fallisce a causa della mia iniquità, e le mie ossa sono sprecate.

and my bones have decayed Heb. עששו, an expression of decay, as though a moth (עש) had eaten them.
