Ezechiele 36:26 Cabala: Zohar, The Beginning & Da'at Tevunoth

Zohar

Rabbi Yosi asks, What then is the difference between this world and the world at that time? The scripture also says that the Holy One, blessed be He, does it Himself. Rabbi Acha said, It is so. The Holy One, blessed be He, arouses (the Evil Inclination) for the specific purpose of mating, but not all the time, so that the Evil Inclination may be with men always, and they sin because of it. But it is aroused only for mating, and the arousal at the time of union will be caused by the Holy One, blessed be He. This is the meaning of the verse, "and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh" (Ezekiel 36:26). What is a heart of flesh? Rabbi Yehuda replies, It is a heart that would issue flesh and nothing else.

The Beginning of Wisdom

226. The existence of the Yetzer Hara and the Sitra Achara is only necessary during the six millennia of this world which follow the conduct of the six sefirot - Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod & Yesod as stated in Talmud, "You have given us the Yetzer Hara for the sole purpose of earning merit." However, beginning with the seventh millennium which is the world to come and is a time of reward, (and certainly after the tenth millennium, which is the eternal conduct of Adam Kadmon) its purpose will be abrogated & the Talmud states, "In the future the Holy One Blessed Be He shall slaughter (abrogate) the Yetzer Hara".
226b. This is further supported by the scriptural verses, "I will withdraw the impure spirit from the earth" and, "I shall remove the heart of stone from your flesh". In addition, concerning the world to come scripture states, "And I shall give you a heart of flesh and I shall instill a new spirit in your midst and cause you to walk in my statutes", and, "Hashem shall be King upon the entire earth, on that day, Hashem shall be one and His name one." Even in this world the Sitra Achara may be abrogated on a specific spiritual level by the complete rectification of that level. It then only exists on a lesser level. But concerning the world to come it is stated, "Death shall be swallowed forever", and the world will be perfected in G-d's Kingdom. This will constitute complete rectification in which "G-d will be one and His name one". May it be G-d's will that we merit this speedily in our days through Kindness and Mercy - Amen.

Da'at Tevunoth

59 And not only this, rather the intention of the concealment of His countenance that we mentioned, is only so that He return and reveal it[his countenance] and they repent with his mercy, behold even this choice that he leaves us now, and the matter is dependent and stands either to the good or the bad G-d forbid according to the majority of action, its end is not to continue to exist like this, rather the time that the heavenly thought left is needed and adequate for all the souls which he made, that through this they shall be rectified - who through their righteousness, and who through their repentance, and who through the receipt of afflictions; and this is the time that he set of six thousand years, like the words of our Rabbis may their memory be blessed (Rosh haShanah 31a; Sanhedrin 97a). And afterwards he will renew his world for man to be like angels and not like asses, but they will be removed from this coarse material, and from the its negative consequences, which is the evil inclination and all that is derived from it. And even in the time of the Messiah the text is written (Ezekiel 36:26-27), "And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh..." "...and I will cause you to follow my laws..." And the sages may their memory be blessed said (Shabbos 151b, Midrash Rabbah Ecclesiastes 12:2), "And the years will arrive where you will say I have no desire for them (Ecclesiastes 12:12) - these are the days of the Messiah, which have no merit and no obligation" and this is clear, for when man is purified from the evil inclination, behold his service is only through enforced impetus, and praise does not reach him at all:
