פָּ֤רַץ נַ֨חַל ׀ מֵֽעִם־גָּ֗ר הַֽנִּשְׁכָּחִ֥ים מִנִּי־רָ֑גֶל דַּ֖לּוּ מֵאֱנ֣וֹשׁ נָֽעוּ׃
Apre un pozzo lontano da dove gli uomini soggiornano; Sono dimenticati del piede che passa; Appendono lontano dagli uomini, oscillano avanti e indietro.

From afar the Most High (Ps. 138:6) has established a decree and has bequeathed of His wisdom to those who fear Him. His lightnings, judgments, and laws will light up (Ps. 97:4) to open blinded eyes (Isa. 42:7) which have never seen the light of Your heavens. They fall and err in mockery. Far from men they swing (Job 28:4), as in a desert.
