וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לּוֹ֙ מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֔ה לָ֥מָּה זֶּ֖ה תִּשְׁאַ֣ל לִשְׁמִ֑י וְהוּא־פֶ֛לִאי׃ (ס)
E l'angelo del Signore gli disse: «Perché mai chiedi il mio nome? Esso è meraviglioso».

Yaakov asked him, and said, Please tell me your name. He said, Why then do you ask my name? He then blessed him [Yaakov] there.
