Targum su Giona 1:7
וַיֹּאמְר֞וּ אִ֣ישׁ אֶל־רֵעֵ֗הוּ לְכוּ֙ וְנַפִּ֣ילָה גֽוֹרָל֔וֹת וְנֵ֣דְעָ֔ה בְּשֶׁלְּמִ֛י הָרָעָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את לָ֑נוּ וַיַּפִּ֙לוּ֙ גּֽוֹרָל֔וֹת וַיִּפֹּ֥ל הַגּוֹרָ֖ל עַל־יוֹנָֽה׃
E dissero ognuno ai suoi simili: 'Vieni e lasciaci lanciare un sacco, che possiamo sapere per quale causa questo male è su di noi.' Quindi hanno lanciato un sacco e il lotto è caduto su Giona.
Targum Jonathan on Jonah
And they said, one man to another, “Come on, let’s cast lots, and we’ll know on whose account this evil is ours.” And they cast lots and the lot fell on Jonah.
