Targum su Numeri 27:19

וְהַֽעֲמַדְתָּ֣ אֹת֗וֹ לִפְנֵי֙ אֶלְעָזָ֣ר הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְלִפְנֵ֖י כָּל־הָעֵדָ֑ה וְצִוִּיתָ֥ה אֹת֖וֹ לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃

e lo pose davanti al sacerdote Eleazaro e davanti a tutta la congregazione; e dargli una carica ai loro occhi.

and make him stand before Elazar the priest and the whole congregation, and instruct him in their presence.
