וְלֹֽא־תִקְח֥וּ כֹ֙פֶר֙ לְנֶ֣פֶשׁ רֹצֵ֔חַ אֲשֶׁר־ה֥וּא רָשָׁ֖ע לָמ֑וּת כִּי־מ֖וֹת יוּמָֽת׃
Inoltre non dovrete riscattare la vita di un assassino, che è colpevole di morte; ma sarà sicuramente messo a morte.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
You may not take a ransom for the release of a murderer who is guilty of death, for dying he shall die.
