신명기 25:16의 주석

כִּ֧י תוֹעֲבַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ כָּל־עֹ֣שֵׂה אֵ֑לֶּה כֹּ֖ל עֹ֥שֵׂה עָֽוֶל׃ (פ)

무릇 이같이 하는 자, 무릇 부정당히 행하는 자는 네 하나님 여호와께 가증하니라

כל עשה אלה, כל עשה עול. "are all who do this, anyone who commits a wrong." The verse refers to people who use deceptive weights or measurements. The Torah means that anyone committing other wrongs is no better than people using deceptive weights or measurements. We should not think that the Torah singled out people who use deceptive weights and measurements for the description תועבה, "abomination," a term used as a rule for violation of sexual mores or for violating the laws of ritual impurity and forbidden foods.

Rabbeinu Bahya

כל עושה אלה, “are all who do this.” This refers to what the Torah described earlier, i.e. uneven weights and measures, etc.
כל עושה עול, “anyone doing something corrupt.” This refers to other ways of cheating.

V. 16. כי תועבת ד׳ אלדיך כל עשה אלה, denn nicht nur das Unrecht, der Mensch, den Gott gewürdigt hat, ihn seinen Gott, den Lenker seiner Geschicke und den Leiter seiner Taten nennen zu dürfen, der jüdische Mensch wird ein Abscheu "Gottes, seines Gottes", wenn er sich "Jude" nennt und nicht aufs gewissenhafteste das Recht im Menschenverkehre wahrt. Der Jude mit falscher Elle und falschem Gewicht darf Gott nicht mehr "seinen" Gott nennen כי תועבת ד׳ אלדיך כל עשה אלה כל עשה עול.
