כִּי־ה֭וּא לִקְצוֹת־הָאָ֣רֶץ יַבִּ֑יט תַּ֖חַת כָּל־הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם יִרְאֶֽה׃
이는 그가 땅 끝까지 감찰하시며 온 천하를 두루 보시며
Rashi on Job
For He looks to the ends of the earth how He should build them and create them, and under all the heavens He saw in it the needs of their creation.
