מַ֭חֲשָׁבוֹת בְּעֵצָ֣ה תִכּ֑וֹן וּ֝בְתַחְבֻּל֗וֹת עֲשֵׂ֣ה מִלְחָמָֽה׃
무릇 경영은 의논함으로 성취하나니 모략을 베풀고 전쟁할지니라
