בִּ֭ינוּ בֹּעֲרִ֣ים בָּעָ֑ם וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים מָתַ֥י תַּשְׂכִּֽילוּ׃

백성 중 우준한 자들아 너희는 생각하라 무지한 자들아 너희가 언제나 지혜로울꼬

Understand, [you] most boorish of the people the most foolish peoples in the world.
