내가 산들을 본즉 다 진동하며 작은 산들도 요동하며

moved to and fro Heb. התקלקלו, they were uprooted and cast out of their place. Menahem associates it with: “He shakes the arrows to and fro (קלקל)” (Ezek. 21:26).
