וְצָבָ֛א תִּנָּתֵ֥ן עַל־הַתָּמִ֖יד בְּפָ֑שַׁע וְתַשְׁלֵ֤ךְ אֱמֶת֙ אַ֔רְצָה וְעָשְׂתָ֖ה וְהִצְלִֽיחָה׃
범죄함을 인하여 백성과 매일 드리는 제사가 그것에게 붙인 바 되었고 그것이 또 진리를 땅에 던지며 자의로 행하여 형통하였더라

For this reason, it is written: "And no herb of the field had yet grown." This means that the righteous man was not yet grown - Moses, who validates, "Truth shall spring (grow) out of the earth" (Tehilim 85:12). As (the truth) is described: "And it cast down the truth to the ground" (Daniel 8:12), the students of the Torah, who are like the plants. But they do not grow in exile until "Truth shall spring out of the earth".
