²²⁵Yoma 2b, Zevaḥim 104b. Rebbi Joḥanan said, a tower was standing on the Temple Mount which was called “citadel”. Rebbi Simeon ben Laqish said, the entire Temple Mount was called citadel, to do everything and to build the citadel which I prepared²²⁶1Chr. 28:19..

But how could they do so? Is it not written, “All this [do I give you] in writing as the Lord has made me wise by His hand upon me?” (I Chronicles 28:19).
