הַנּוֹתֵ֥ן רוֹזְנִ֖ים לְאָ֑יִן שֹׁ֥פְטֵי אֶ֖רֶץ כַּתֹּ֥הוּ עָשָֽׂה׃

귀인들을 폐하시며 세상의 사사들을 헛되게 하시나니

Who gives princes over to weakness; the judges of the earth He bringeth to naught.
