בָּנָ֥ה עָלַ֛י וַיַּקַּ֖ף רֹ֥אשׁ וּתְלָאָֽה׃

담즙과 수고를 쌓아 나를 에우셨으며

He has built siege works and surrounded the city. He has uprooted the heads of the people and wearied them.
