רַגְלֵיהֶם֙ לָרַ֣ע יָרֻ֔צוּ וִֽימַהֲר֔וּ לִשְׁפֹּ֖ךְ דָּ֣ם נָקִ֑י מַחְשְׁבֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ מַחְשְׁב֣וֹת אָ֔וֶן שֹׁ֥ד וָשֶׁ֖בֶר בִּמְסִלּוֹתָֽם׃
Nogi ich ku złemu dążą, a spieszą, by przelać krew niewinną; zamysły ich zamysłami bezprawia, klęska i ruina na torach ich.
Ibn Ezra on Isaiah
Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity, of wasting and destruction in their paths, that is, in the paths which they go. The second half of the verse contains the same idea as the first half.
