עַל־מָה֙ אֲנַ֣חְנוּ יֹֽשְׁבִ֔ים הֵֽאָסְפ֗וּ וְנָב֛וֹא אֶל־עָרֵ֥י הַמִּבְצָ֖ר וְנִדְּמָה־שָּׁ֑ם כִּי֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֵ֤ינוּ הֲדִמָּ֙נוּ֙ וַיַּשְׁקֵ֣נוּ מֵי־רֹ֔אשׁ כִּ֥י חָטָ֖אנוּ לַיהוָֽה׃
Na cóż tu bawimy jeszcze? Zgromadźcie się a schrońmy się do miast obronnych i wygińmy tam; gdyż Wiekuisty, Bóg nasz wydał nas na zagubę, i napoi nas wodą zatrutą - bośmy zgrzeszyli Wiekuistemu!
