וְנָהַמְתָּ֥ בְאַחֲרִיתֶ֑ךָ בִּכְל֥וֹת בְּ֝שָׂרְךָ֗ וּשְׁאֵרֶֽךָ׃

Abyś nie jęczał w końcu, gdy zanikną mięśnie i ciało twoje,

And you shall moan when your end comes The end will be that you will moan when your end comes.
