וַיִּקְרָ֣א מֹשֶׁה֮ אֶל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֗ם שְׁמַ֤ע יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ אֶת־הַחֻקִּ֣ים וְאֶת־הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֧ר אָנֹכִ֛י דֹּבֵ֥ר בְּאָזְנֵיכֶ֖ם הַיּ֑וֹם וּלְמַדְתֶּ֣ם אֹתָ֔ם וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם לַעֲשֹׂתָֽם׃
I zwołał Mojżesz cały Israel, i rzekł do nich: "Słuchaj Israelu ustaw i praw, które wypowiadam w uszy wasze dzisiaj, a nauczcie się ich, a starajcie się je spełniać!

It is known that Torah study in itself (aside from learning leading to doing) is a positive commandment of the Torah, as it is written (Devarim 5:1): "And you shall study them (the mitzvoth) and you shall take care to do them."
