הָי֨וּ צָרֶ֤יהָ לְרֹאשׁ֙ אֹיְבֶ֣יהָ שָׁל֔וּ כִּֽי־יְהוָ֥ה הוֹגָ֖הּ עַ֣ל רֹב־פְּשָׁעֶ֑יהָ עוֹלָלֶ֛יהָ הָלְכ֥וּ שְׁבִ֖י לִפְנֵי־צָֽר׃ (ס)
Ciemięzcy jej stanęli na czele, wrogowie jej bezpieczni. Bo Wiekuisty przepełnił ją żałobą dla mnóstwa jej grzechów; dziatwa jej poszła w niewolę przed obliczem ciemięzcy.
Aramaic Targum to Lamentations
Those who oppress her were appointed over her as leaders and her enemies were dwelling at ease since the LORD had broken her due to her great rebelliousness. Her children go before the oppressor into captivity.
