וְאָמְרָ֤ה אֵלַי֙ גַּם־אַתָּ֣ה שְׁתֵ֔ה וְגַ֥ם לִגְמַלֶּ֖יךָ אֶשְׁאָ֑ב הִ֣וא הָֽאִשָּׁ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־הֹכִ֥יחַ יְהוָ֖ה לְבֶן־אֲדֹנִֽי׃
e ela me responder: Bebe tu, e também tirarei água para os teus camelos; seja a mulher que o SENHOR designou para o filho de meu SENHOR.

היא האשה אשר הוכיח, she is the woman whom He has appointed. This recalls the statement in the Talmud Sotah 2 that already prior to birth a heavenly voice proclaims which girl is destined to marry which young man.
