כִּ֤י אֶצָּק־מַ֙יִם֙ עַל־צָמֵ֔א וְנֹזְלִ֖ים עַל־יַבָּשָׁ֑ה אֶצֹּ֤ק רוּחִי֙ עַל־זַרְעֶ֔ךָ וּבִרְכָתִ֖י עַל־צֶאֱצָאֶֽיךָ׃
Porque derramarei água sobre o sedento, e correntes sobre a terra seca; derramarei o meu Espírito sobre a tua posteridade, e a minha bênção sobre a tua descendência;

Ibn Ezra on Isaiah
For I will pour water, etc. As I pour water over the place that is thirsty, so will I pour out the spirit of my holiness, or of my salvation, etc. אֶצּׁק I will pour out. The Dagesh in צ compensates for the י which is omitted;2The root of אצק is יצק. comp. אצרך I shall form thee (Jer. 1:5)
