Targum sobre Gênesis 31:49

וְהַמִּצְפָּה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָמַ֔ר יִ֥צֶף יְהוָ֖ה בֵּינִ֣י וּבֵינֶ֑ךָ כִּ֥י נִסָּתֵ֖ר אִ֥ישׁ מֵרֵעֵֽהוּ׃

e também Mizpá, porquanto disse:  Vigie o SENHOR entre mim e ti, quando estivermos apartados um do outro.

And The Observatory also it was called because he said The Lord shall observe between me and thee when we are hidden each man from his neighbour.
