נִצָּ֥ב לָרִ֖יב יְהוָ֑ה וְעֹמֵ֖ד לָדִ֥ין עַמִּֽים׃
O SENHOR levanta-se para pleitear, e põe-se de pé para julgar os povos.

The Lord is ready to judge, and to reveal Himself to take vengeance of judgment of the nations.
