כֹּ֚ל הָעָ֣ם הָאָ֔רֶץ יִהְי֖וּ אֶל־הַתְּרוּמָ֣ה הַזֹּ֑את לַנָּשִׂ֖יא בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

Все люди земли должны принести эту жертву принцу в Израиле.

to give this oblation mentioned above; it will be [given] with the knowledge of all the people of the land.
