וְאֵת֙ כָּל־מַלְכֵי־צֹ֔ר וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־מַלְכֵ֣י צִיד֑וֹן וְאֵת֙ מַלְכֵ֣י הָאִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּעֵ֥בֶר הַיָּֽם׃

и все цари Тира и все цари Зидона и цари острова, который за морем;

and the kings of the isle All these that he counts (ֹשֶמוֹנֶה) until here are neighbors of Eretz Israel.
