וּלְכָלֵ֣ב בֶּן־יְפֻנֶּ֗ה נָ֤תַן חֵ֙לֶק֙ בְּת֣וֹךְ בְּנֵֽי־יְהוּדָ֔ה אֶל־פִּ֥י יְהוָ֖ה לִֽיהוֹשֻׁ֑עַ אֶת־קִרְיַ֥ת אַרְבַּ֛ע אֲבִ֥י הָעֲנָ֖ק הִ֥יא חֶבְרֽוֹן׃
И дал Халеву, сыну Иефуннея, часть сынов Иудейских, которые он дал, по повелению Господа Иисусу, даже Кириаф-Арбе, Арба был отцом Анака.—это же Хеврон.

It was Divinely ordained that Chevron would fall within the territory of the tribe of Yehudah, so that Caleiv would not be separated from his fellow tribesmen.
