и десятая часть эфы тонкой муки для приношения пищи, смешанная с четвертой частью хина из взбитого масла.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
and the tenth of three seahs of wheaten flour as a mincha mingled with beaten olive oil, the fourth of a hin.
