וּשְׂעִ֥יר חַטָּ֖את אֶחָ֑ד מִלְּבַד֙ עֹלַ֣ת הַתָּמִ֔יד וּמִנְחָתָ֖הּ וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ (ס)
и один козел для жертвы за грех; кроме постоянной жертвы всесожжения, жертвы еды и приношения напитка.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
and one kid for a sin offering by one order; beside the perpetual sacrifice and the wheat flour for the mincha, and the wine of its libation.
