וַיֹּאמַ֓ר ׀ יְהוָה֙ מִצִיּ֣וֹן יִשְׁאָ֔ג וּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם יִתֵּ֣ן קוֹל֑וֹ וְאָֽבְלוּ֙ נְא֣וֹת הָרֹעִ֔ים וְיָבֵ֖שׁ רֹ֥אשׁ הַכַּרְמֶֽל׃ (פ)
At sinabi niya: Ang Walang-Hanggan ay umuungal mula sa Zion, at mula sa Jerusalem ay inilalakas Niya ang Kanyang tinig; at magdadalamhati ang mga pastulan ng mga pastol, at matutuyo ang tuktok ng Carmel.
