וּלְר֖וּחַ מִשְׁפָּ֑ט לַיּוֹשֵׁב֙ עַל־הַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט וְלִ֨גְבוּרָ֔ה מְשִׁיבֵ֥י מִלְחָמָ֖ה שָֽׁעְרָה׃ (ס)
at isang espiritu ng katarungan para sa nakaupo sa paghuhukom, at kalakasan para sa mga nagtataboy pabalik ng digmaan hanggang sa pintuang-bayan.

And for a spirit of justice will the Holy One, blessed be He, be, i.e., to teach justice, to him who sits in judgment.

To him that sitteth in judgment. To the judges. God will strengthen them. אל השער ═ שערה.
