הִנֵּ֥ה כְתוּבָ֖ה לְפָנָ֑י לֹ֤א אֶחֱשֶׂה֙ כִּ֣י אִם־שִׁלַּ֔מְתִּי וְשִׁלַּמְתִּ֖י עַל־חֵיקָֽם׃
Narito, ito ay nakasulat sa Aking harapan: hindi Ako mananahimik hangga't hindi Ako gumaganti; oo, gagantihan Ko sila sa kanilang kandungan,

Behold it is inscribed Their sin is inscribed before Me, and their sentence has already been decreed and sealed.

Behold it is written before me. This evil which they have done, is, as it were, written before me; I have not forgotten it.
