רָאִ֙יתִי֙ הֶֽהָרִ֔ים וְהִנֵּ֖ה רֹעֲשִׁ֑ים וְכָל־הַגְּבָע֖וֹת הִתְקַלְקָֽלוּ׃
Tumingin ako sa mga bundok, at narito, sila ay nayayanig; at ang lahat ng burol ay nagugulo at napapalis sa kanilang kinalalagyan.
Rashi
moved to and fro Heb. התקלקלו, they were uprooted and cast out of their place. Menahem associates it with: “He shakes the arrows to and fro (קלקל)” (Ezek. 21:26).
