וְעָמַ֛ד מִנֵּ֥צֶר שָׁרָשֶׁ֖יהָ כַּנּ֑וֹ וְיָבֹ֣א אֶל־הַחַ֗יִל וְיָבֹא֙ בְּמָעוֹז֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ הַצָּפ֔וֹן וְעָשָׂ֥ה בָהֶ֖ם וְהֶחֱזִֽיק׃
Ngunit isang supling mula sa kanyang mga ugat ang titindig sa kanyang lugar, at paroroon siya sa hukbo, at papasok siya sa moog ng hari ng hilaga, at kikilos siya laban sa kanila, at mananaig siya.
