מְעֹנָה֙ אֱלֹ֣הֵי קֶ֔דֶם וּמִתַּ֖חַת זְרֹעֹ֣ת עוֹלָ֑ם וַיְגָ֧רֶשׁ מִפָּנֶ֛יךָ אוֹיֵ֖ב וַיֹּ֥אמֶר הַשְׁמֵֽד׃
Ang kalangitan ay tahanan ng Diyos na nauna sa lahat, at sa ilalim nito ay ang mga makapangyarihang bisig ng sanlibutan; at itinaboy Niya ang kaaway mula sa iyong harapan, at sinabi Niya: “Lipulin mo!”
Targum Jonathan
The habitation of Eloha is from eternity; by the arm of His power beneath the world is upborne. He will scatter your adversaries before you, and will say by His Word, Destroy them.

In His abode hath His Shekinah dwelt before they were, and under His power He bringeth the world; and He driveth out your enemies before you, and saith in His word, Let them be destroyed.
