אִם־תְּעַנֶּ֣ה אֶת־בְּנֹתַ֗י וְאִם־תִּקַּ֤ח נָשִׁים֙ עַל־בְּנֹתַ֔י אֵ֥ין אִ֖ישׁ עִמָּ֑נוּ רְאֵ֕ה אֱלֹהִ֥ים עֵ֖ד בֵּינִ֥י וּבֵינֶֽךָ׃
“Kung pahihirapan mo ang aking mga anak na babae, at kung mag-aasawa ka pa ng ibang mga babae bukod sa aking mga anak na babae, kahit walang taong kasama natin, tandaan mo: ang Diyos ang saksi sa pagitan ko at mo.”

If thou shalt afflict my daughters, doing them injury, and if thou take upon my daughters, there is no man to judge us, the Word of the Lord seeing is the witness between me and thee.
