און ער האָט געזאָגט צו זײַן יונג: קום, און לאָמיר גענענען צו אײנעם פֿון די ערטער, און מיר װעלן נעכטיקן אין גבֿעה אָדער אין רמה.

We will spend the night. As in וְלַנְנוּ. The period punctuating the נ serves as a replacement for a second נ.2The suffix נו denotes the plural usage. When the letter נ appears in the root, as in לין, the additional נ is dropped, and is replaced by a period in the original נ.
