וַיְהִי֙ מִֽמָּחֳרָ֔ת וַיֵּ֥שֶׁב מֹשֶׁ֖ה לִשְׁפֹּ֣ט אֶת־הָעָ֑ם וַיַּעֲמֹ֤ד הָעָם֙ עַל־מֹשֶׁ֔ה מִן־הַבֹּ֖קֶר עַד־הָעָֽרֶב׃
און עס איז געװען אױף מאָרגן, האָט זיך משה געזעצט משפּטן דאָס פֿאָלק, און דאָס פֿאָלק איז געשטאַנען פֿאַר משהן פונעם פֿרימאָרגן ביזן אָװנט.

I said to you at that time saying, ‘‘I cannot carry you by myself.

Judges and police officers you shall appoint for yourself in all of your cities that Adonoy, your God, is giving you for your tribes; who will judge the people righteous justice.
