דְּנָה֙ פַּרְשֶׁ֣גֶן אִגַּרְתָּ֔א דִּ֚י שְׁלַ֣חוּ עֲל֔וֹהִי עַל־אַרְתַּחְשַׁ֖שְׂתְּא מַלְכָּ֑א עַבְדָ֛יךְ אֱנָ֥שׁ עֲבַֽר־נַהֲרָ֖ה וּכְעֶֽנֶת׃ (פ)
Dies ist die Abschrift des Briefes, welchen sie ihm, dem Könige Artahsast, sandten: Deine Knechte, die Männer jenseits des Stromes, und so weiter.
